Naast 3 soort nigiri, 3 soorten sushi roll, 8 voorgerechten en 5 desserts zijn er nu ook 8 specialiteiten. In elk spel gebruik je een andere combinatie van gerechten en specialiteiten. Geen enkel spel zal hierdoor hetzelfde zijn. Waar je Sushi Go met maximaal 5 spelers kunt spelen, is Sushi Go Party!
