Unfiltered and unpasteurized, refermented in the bottle for a minimum period of 6 months. The lambic used was fermented and matured in our own oak barrels in the blender. They are made from wort brewed by Boon, Lindemans, Girardin and Cantillon. The taste is sour and dry but has a certain roundness that makes this Geuze
