Speling van het Lot XI.xii: Pruim Haganta Wren House Brewing Company and Roasted Peanutsbottling date: 27 01 2023 For this Speling van het Lot, we macerated a new variety of plums; the Haganta, picked in Limburg, Belgium. We macerated these plums for about five months on two and three year old lambik and on a small oak barrel. The weighted average age of this Pruim is more than 22 months on the moment of bottling. The final fruit intensity is 358 grams of plums per litre of Pruim. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
